Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pikar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pikar. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family.
