Her amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for her, and Aline does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aline was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Rolf was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her writing dream.
