History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Carpenter job and began her own company from there.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern
