History: She was born in a small desert village. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cask grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cask grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cask. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
