History: He was born into a rich family. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Suhnae began to lead the lost caravan. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
