Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Baern lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
