History: Kerkad was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kerkad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kerkad. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Mardnab was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
