History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sybil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sybil. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
