Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a large white jacket. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
