Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She dresses like a well dressed Ploughman does. She has wavy blue hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. The war was a terrible time for her, and Phelaia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She tends to her Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
