History: Halander lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She was born in the south. Through the years after Heather was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heather's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He uses divination through singing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Quarethon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many giants want him driven away
