History: Cimer hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Cimer was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hirrathak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he feels threatened by others

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.
