Personality: Portia is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying south to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Portia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has achieved small success as a Architect.

Motivation: She is greedy; and wants a kiss

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his pickaxe. He wears his black hair down. His green eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and balancing his hectic life and new apothecary responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-orc people
