Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a Performer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

This search led her directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Interpreter soon after.
