History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Nemeia speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is an amazing painter.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nemeia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now owns her own business.
