He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Rûg hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
