History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paela was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He typically wears tan cloth garments or leather armor, and he perpetually has his flail ready. His white hair is heavily combed to the right. This brown eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Eldon took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He bought a flail and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
