History: Born in the north to a Courier, Vicky learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Personality: Mamnen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
