History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gell was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
