History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Gnome Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Soveliss was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Soveliss abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Soveliss was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Nagrette hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her parents enrolled her in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
