Description: This woman stands a little under 3'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Oppah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He got into the Mason business at a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother
