History: Mormo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This light-skinned male prefers to wear flannel. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Map Maker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Map Maker job and began his own company from there.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Therlin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
