History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his youth he was a Bookbinder, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Tanner. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, and carries rapiers. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Lamlis wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lamlis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
