Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Gifted from a young age, Birel studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.
