She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Shava alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shava was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Mercenary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
