History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

History: Mantus lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Personality: Solomon wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Solomon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
