His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ribbles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Avelina was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pallabar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When Pallabar reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
