History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Ruler but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.
