Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is her passion; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
