History: Traki was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His black hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

She carries with her a set of rapiers, each one with a opal on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has a long white ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Silgre was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Silgre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has black eyes.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
