History: Hethress was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Cloak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cloak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Cloak and his spouse have recently divorced.
