History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Fortune-teller. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
