Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his black crest up. His eyes are gold.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her auburn hair is cut short. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Margery took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her hair is long and black with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small violet clips. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 12. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. During her travels, Agnes and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Agnes discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Agnes fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
