Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kilvar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kilvar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aline was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
