Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Anselm never married again. Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante father left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
