History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Latbag was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Latbag grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Latbag. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
