History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, her father struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This malnourished man wears a tan coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His tied-back hair is black. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
