History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Markosian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to end her boredom

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Elegant's homeland. Elegant decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barber. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Glassblower responsibilities is difficult; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
