History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a miner and was forced into it by his family

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Spear fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He got into the Carpenter business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Carpenter.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he feels kind of lost in life
