She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length blonde hair. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tippletoe never married again. Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. A true patriot, Akta would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Bricklayer job and began her own company from there.
