History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Skirt abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Chem hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
