History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Malquis lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Malquis and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Weaver. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
