History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Cask was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cask's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Weaver and was forced into it by her family.
