Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with pastel slacks. His hair is short and purple. His white eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Akmen embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Akmen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. After a long history of fighting, Akmen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This woman is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gomory grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and wants to open a new tavern
