History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Merla grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
