History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Balifra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Balifra was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.
