History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Phelaia and her spouse have recently divorced.

He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
