Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Gifted from a young age, Euphemia studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.
