History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Philomena was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Philomena's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
