History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Oblar's homeland. Oblar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Baelitae managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
